Hopefully these 8mi in th AM go way better than the six miles on on Tuesday!

First time ever running 10mi!!

Woo i feel so good!! I thought this 13 mile training would be harsh, but man am I loving the way I felt after the first ever 10mi run! Tomorrows run is a tad bit shorter but I’m READY!!!! Ha! I’m lovin it!

Back in the Game!!

After one entire week without a workout due to packing for a move! I started this week with a 6mi run and a 7mi bike ride! The run was a bit more slower than usual but hey i got it in right?!?! The bike ride on the other hand was a bit more exhausting! Note to self- run no matter what!!

Moving to NC!!

While packing my apartment for this move to NC I have found it extremely difficult to stay on track with my training for the half marathon!! Tomorrow I’m set to run 9mi but we shall see. I hv only gotten one day of training in and that was Tuesday. Go goodness I hope my run splits are still good!!

FREAKIN AWESOME!! I LOVE IT! Running is for sure a mind over body sport! Today I focused on form, breathing, and  pushing past any existing barriers! I feel flippin awesome!!

So todays half marathon training consisted of a 6mi run! With 9mi being my furthest distance to date, I wanted to prove to my self that can hold a steady 8.(whatever) pace for 3mi. Courtesy of a Bruce Lee quote that I came across on tumblr! Can’t wait to see my stats!
